Meet the Founders

Monica was born and raised in Oakland, California, and Demitrius was born and raised in Richmond, California. They carry the spirit of their hometown—resilience, pride, and community—into everything they do. Being a proud daughter of an Oaklander, Monica learned early on the value of hard work, faith, and perseverance. Demitrius learned from his mother, who works in the school district and is an entrepreneur, to believe in himself, strive toward purpose, and never lose sight of family.

After losing her parents, Monica’s life took a transformative turn. Seeking to understand how to protect families and preserve legacies, she entered the insurance and financial industry. What started as a career quickly became a calling—to help others secure the kind of financial foundation her own family never had access to.

Today, Demitrius and Monica are more than consultants—they are motivators, mentors, and community advocates. Through Bennetts 4 You Services, they help others build confidence, stability, and generational wealth—one intentional decision at a time.
